If you haven’t received your package within 5 business days, please contact us, and we will follow up with Canada Post and help resolve any issues.

Yes, you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number within 24 hours after your payment is processed. Simply follow the link or search for your tracking #, and you will be able to track your package.

If, for any reason, you did not receive your order, contact support at [email protected], and we’ll help you fix any issues. If your package was lost or never delivered, we will send out a new order free of charge. If Canada Post delivers your package and it is physically stolen after delivery, we are not liable in this instance.

You will need to sign for the package unless you specifically ask for no signature. We are not liable for the package if you waive the signature upon delivery.

You can earn rewards points with every purchase. Every dollar spent will earn you 1 reward point.

You can also receive rewards points by leaving a Google Review. Take a screenshot of your Google Review and send it to us, and we will add $5 worth of points to your account.

Also, you can receive reward points by leaving product reviews. You will receive $1 in rewards points for every product review you make (points are only rewarded if you leave a review on a product you have recently purchased).

Points can be redeemed by emailing or messaging our live chat and letting us know which specific reward you would like to receive.

Yes, if you have ordered with us and referred a friend that makes a successful order, you will receive $30 in rewards points. For more information, please visit our refer-a-friend page.

Note: the referral must be from a different address. Any attempts to circumvent our referral program will lead to an immediate suspension from your account.
