Honestly, i have tried a couple time, first time with 1 cap and later with 3caps .I dont feel anything.
Maybe its just me but, i hve no buzz, i just feel normal.

Perfect to micro dose without having to deal with the nasty taste of the shrooms. Of course u won’t be hallucinating n stuff unless u pretty much take half the package at once . But taking about 2 capsules gives u a nice happy feeling!
